Welcome to the Ponds at Pine Bush

Our apartments offer a peaceful, family‑friendly environment tailored to spiritually minded travelers seeking a calm and respectful place to stay. While we warmly welcome all considerate guests, our accommodations are particularly appreciated by those who value quiet routines and a wholesome atmosphere—qualities often sought by Jehovah’s Witness friends visiting the area for conventions, gatherings, or the nearby Bethel complexes. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and considerate setting where every guest can relax, recharge, and feel at home.

We are located just 3 minutes from the United States Branch (Wallkill Bethel), 1 Hour from the World Headquarters at Warwick, Patterson Educational Center and the Ramapo Area.

We are also very close to the major Hudson Valley tourist destinations, hiking areas, and are situated right on the Shawangnuk Wine Trail. See our Nearby Attractions page for more details.

The property is conveniently located just 30 minutes away from the towns of Middletown and Newburg. These are large towns where there is a great variety of shopping and eating options. The Pine Bush town is only 5 minutes away where you can shop for all your essentials and restaurants.

House Rules

While enjoying your stay at our beautiful property, we ask that the following rules are followed:

Check-in is at 3 PM
Check-out is at 10 AM
Self Check in with Lock Box or Key Entry Code
No pets are allowed
No Smoking on any part of the property
No Parties or events without prior authorization
No commercial photography
Must not exceed the maximum guests per apartment
Guest and visitors must park in designated area.

We stayed for a week at this beautiful property. We had the 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartments. So close to Wallkill. The 2 bedroom was spacious and very well laid out. Each bedroom had it's own HVAC unit. Full kitchen and living room. The 1 bedroom was fine for 3 of us. 1 bed, 1 futon and we had permission for a twin blow up mattress. The apartment was suitable for us, however, there is a pretty high step going into the bathroom. It was too easy to trip if you're forgetful, despite the signs. We had a hiccup in our plans and our brother graciously allowed us to stay an extra night and even brought breakfast to us the next morning while things were being sorted out. I wanted to see the cabin, but it was occupied. I might try that the next time we visit the Bethel properties. We saw many deer and geese on the property. Our brothers and sisters were such gracious hosts. I hope we will be able to visit again another time. Thank you dear friends!

We loved staying at The Ponds! The place was really beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for our plans. It was really quiet and peaceful. We went in winter time and had a lot of fun playing in the snow and taking beautiful pictures around the property. There's a diner close by that's really good. And there's also a supermarket and other stores which was very convenient. The Ruperts were very attentive and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended!

A quiet beautiful and lovely place to stay. The best experience. My daughter miss a lot the place and want to come back in winter ❄️ The experience with the brother was lovely and they help us a lot, saving us the day. We truly recommend this one ☝️ ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at The Ponds at Pine Bush NY from June 8 thru June 14th. The property is beautiful,
very inviting and peaceful. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of all 3 apartments, gave it 5 stars. We love the small touch such as the welcoming gift basket and water in each apartment. The Rupert’s were very friendly and responded immediately in person to satisfy our needs. The beds were comfortable, linen clean and of good quality. The kitchen had well-made pots for cooking meals and lots of dishes and cups. We also loved the view from all the apartments - lush green forest, beautiful ponds, we saw one or two deer, turkeys and
squirrels.
Perfect location, for visiting Wallkill, Warwick, and Patterson. Definitely plan to stay here again next time. Thanks Ceasar for a wonderful stay!

There aren't many affordable options for hotels in the greater area, so I'm very happy I found The Ponds! The accommodations were perfect, easy to access, and very homey. Perfect location for visiting jw facilities 👌 Very happy with our stay and communication was great!

My stay was amazing. This was the first BNB I have ever stayed at and it exceeded my expectations. My family and I (3 of us) stayed in the studio apartment. It was so spacious and we couldn't believe how comfy it was. It was stocked with every thing we could need and more. Our hosts were so hospitable and easy to contact throughout the who process. And the surroundings were breathtakingly beautiful. Our stay was short but I'd love to book an extended stay next time.

We loved the quiet setting and especially the welcome from Cesear Rubert and Naomie.
The apartment is more suitable for a family with children because to access the bathroom, you have to go through the bedroom. Everything is good and we only regret that we only stayed two nights.

Wonderful accommodations - very clean! We especially loved the view from our apartment - lush forest, beautiful ponds, a gaggle of geese, deer, squirrels. Cesar was such a warm host!

My son is at Wallkill Bethel, I wanted to come and visit him, but I had to visit him alone due to his grandma being very ill. Some friends of mine that are in Bethel told me about the Rupert property. I am so grateful I was able to stay here Because I felt safe and it was so convenient being that it was only five minutes away from Wallkill Bethel and I’d be seeing my son every day.

I stayed in the log cabin and it was perfect. The Ruperts are loving, helpful and spiritual.
I hope to be able to stay in their property every time we come visit . I saw the apartment and it would be perfect for my husband and I being that he doesn’t want to eat out every day and it has a kitchen full kitchen

The Rubert’s property looks like Paradise. It is beautiful hearing all the birds, seeing geese in the pond, hearing owls and all those trees , I loved drinking coffee on their patio overlooking a touch of paradise. Thank you Rupert family! With love, Irene.

This pond was easy to find. There was plenty of parking. A small herd of deer welcomed us one evening. The herd was so majestic. There are about 8 steps up to get to the shareable family/close friends cabin. The cabin was well equipped for cooking with a microwave and enjoying a meal. Our family really liked the option of refrigerating our food. Our stay was easy and well arranged. Thank you The Pond at Pine Bush for hosting accommodations so close to one of the happiest places on earth Wallkill Watchtower farms. The latest Bible tour was top notch.

Beautiful land!! Nice clean cozy 1 bedroom was exactly what my family needed. The Rupert’s were very friendly and hospitable. Definitely gonna stay here again next time we visit.

3-5 minutes from Wallkill, 1 hour from Warwick, 35-45 min from Fishkill, and about 1 1/2 from Patterson. Perfect location, was able to easily visit all my family and friends at each location.

Got a few pictures of the outside. Forgot to take pictures of the inside but the pictures posted on the site are pretty accurate to what you get.
